Update the generator program
Hey, guys.
I have updated the version of the character generation program available in this article.

You can now output your created character as a PSD file with its parts divided into layers. This is useful when you want to re-edit the generated character in Photoshop or Gimp.
When saving the character as an image, set the file type to "Adobe Photoshop (*.psd)".
This is what it looks like when imported into Photoshop.

A little bit more localization of component's names for English speaking folks would be appreciated, but even as is, it is great!

Yes, I agree. Further English support has always been an issue for us. Simple file name renaming is not that much of a hassle, but I am trying to figure out how to operate the Japanese and English versions when I add more parts in the future. I was just thinking about working on that next month.
